Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Oats
  • 2 Medium Bananas
  • 4 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • Optional: 1 tsp Cinnamon and 1 Tbsp Sweetener for Topping

 

Method

  1. Add the oats, bananas, cinnamon, yoghurt, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Divide into 4 jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with extra cinnamon and sweetener before serving, if desired.
  4. Optional: Heat in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes before serving for the authentic, warm Melkkos experience!
