Ingredients
- 2 Cups Oats
- 2 Medium Bananas
- 4 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Low-Fat Yoghurt
- 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
- Optional: 1 tsp Cinnamon and 1 Tbsp Sweetener for Topping
Method
- Add the oats, bananas, cinnamon, yoghurt, and milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Divide into 4 jars or bowls, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with extra cinnamon and sweetener before serving, if desired.
- Optional: Heat in the microwave for 1 - 2 minutes before serving for the authentic, warm Melkkos experience!
