Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp Chutney
  • 30ml Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp each cumin, mustard powder, coriander and curry powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

8 Bamboo Skewers

  • 500g Chicken Breasts, diced into cubes
  • 200g Pineapple
  • 1 Green Pepper, diced into large cubes

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix together the chutney, vinegar, olive oil, and all the spices. Set aside.
  2. Thread the chicken, pineapple and green pepper onto the skewers, alternating ingredients for an even mix of flavours.
  3. Brush the skewers generously with the sauce and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
  4. Grill on a preheated pan for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
  5. Enjoy your Green & Gold Sosaties hot off the braai with a fresh side salad.
