Ingredients:
Sauce:
- 2 Tbsp Chutney
- 30ml Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp each cumin, mustard powder, coriander and curry powder
- 1/2 tsp salt and pepper
8 Bamboo Skewers
- 500g Chicken Breasts, diced into cubes
- 200g Pineapple
- 1 Green Pepper, diced into large cubes
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, mix together the chutney, vinegar, olive oil, and all the spices. Set aside.
- Thread the chicken, pineapple and green pepper onto the skewers, alternating ingredients for an even mix of flavours.
- Brush the skewers generously with the sauce and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavour).
- Grill on a preheated pan for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
- Enjoy your Green & Gold Sosaties hot off the braai with a fresh side salad.
