Ingredients:

  • 300g Green Beans
  • 1 Head Cauliflower
  • 1  Onion
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 30ml Low Fat Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper

Instructions:

  1. Top and tail the green beans, then cut them in half.
  2. Break the cauliflower into chunks. Chop the onion into large chunks.
  3. Add the vegetables and clove of garlic to a pot of cold water. Place this onto the stove and bring to the boil.
  4. Let the vegetables cook until soft, then strain out the water.
  5. Roughly mash the vegetables together with the milk, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  6. Serve alongside your favourite braai meat and enjoy.
