Ingredients:
- 300g Green Beans
- 1 Head Cauliflower
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 30ml Low Fat Milk
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt & Pepper
Instructions:
- Top and tail the green beans, then cut them in half.
- Break the cauliflower into chunks. Chop the onion into large chunks.
- Add the vegetables and clove of garlic to a pot of cold water. Place this onto the stove and bring to the boil.
- Let the vegetables cook until soft, then strain out the water.
- Roughly mash the vegetables together with the milk, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Serve alongside your favourite braai meat and enjoy.
